The Successful Rental

The Successful Rental is property management advice for single-family rental properties and small multifamily. I dive into the nuts and bolts of managing a property and residents.

The Successful Rental started off as a podcast back in early 2020 (search The Successful Rental in your podcast app to find it). I had big audacious goals for the podcast. The podcast was daily, and I created a website, a Facebook group and a newsletter.

A TON of stuff for a podcast launch for just little ol’ me. The launch went well.

Then the pandemic came, and I had to change course (as we all did). I had to direct all of my attention to my property management company and my real estate investment company. The podcast and other channels for The Successful Rental went by the wayside.

The Relaunch:
This relaunch will be a bit smaller and manageable for me. I will post an article at https://successfulrental.substack.com/ at least twice a month with the goal being every week, and I will post a new podcast with the same frequency.

The Facebook page is still there. I will not be too active on it. I will post random stuff from time to time – mostly links to articles I find informative or useful.

My primary focus will be creating written content for the Substack newsletter, and the secondary focus will be producing new podcast episodes.
